The book is in excellent condition. I paid for VIP tickets at the Fillmore in Detroit on the Magma tour and had this signed before the show. Mario began to sign the cover in silver ink but it wasn't showing well so the whole band signed in black ink on the inside. The discs have light wear/scratches but do not affect play, overall in great shape but not mint. The VIP pass is for reference only and not included with purchase. I ship fast!
