vtg 1960s 1970s Tattoo acetate stencil Flaming Reaper Chopper signed HAR4

This is from the 1940s to 1950s era. From seeing all the pieces together, I believe GM could be a relative of JT Mulroy, possibly Glenda Mulroy, a talented artist in her own right from the look of the work.
