IXYS 250 mA rms SP-NC Solid State Relay, AC, Surface Mount Power Switch

These AC power switches have been designed to provide an alternative to Optocoupler and Triac circuits. These solid state switches can do this by using optical coupling with dual power SCR outputs. Optically coupled input and output circuits provide 3750 Vrms (5000 Vrms for CPC966B) of isolation.
