Bose Sleepbuds II Wireless Headphones - New but right ear bud won't connect

So I've had multiple Bose Sleepbuds II. They did again with this set, however the right ear bud won't connect. From research it's due to "All happened was that they have stayed in a warehouse a couple of months and the battery in all of them died and it needs reviving.
