WWII issue Binoculars in good cosmetic condition, given their age. Focusing is via each eye piece separately. They function well, the only negative is that there are tiny dust spots internally but mainly on one side and when viewing an object, such as a building, you don't notice these spots but against a blue sky, they do show up. There are graticules visible through the right side of the binocular. All the markings including the crows foot are Clear and readable.
