Antique 18ct gold natural opal & diamond ring, three stone, UK size Q, new
18ct gold opal and diamond three stone plus diamond accent ring. Due to age, just marked ‘18CT’, not fully hallmarked. The other side opal extends slightly higher up out of the ring, which can be seen in one of the last photos.
