Comic has not been graded by Third Party Graders (i.e. CGC,CBCS,etc.). All grades are based solely on my opinion and 25 years worth of experience. Very rarely will we list anything above a 9.2. Up for sale is Flash #99 and it's in NEAR MINT 9.4 c ondition.
