I picked this up at auction with other machine parts. I don't know anything about this other than what I have listed here. The brand is MP tool & Eng. This has the same drawtube thread(M75 x 2.0) as a HAAS SL 20 & 30 or HL 2/3. The collet in it looks to be 1.5". The bolt holes center to center as best I can measure are 5.475 across. The overall O.D. at the base is 6.38. It is a flat back and not tapered. Message me if you have any other measurement needs or questions.
