Most lifted out of the subfloor structure that would have supported stone flags. So they could be re-used Tudor bricks from the previous house on the plot, Georgian or Victorian repairs. I’m no brick expert so can’t say for certain hence the bargain price, £1 per brick or £90 the job lot.
