Purchased from new from the company. Paid £1,000 + extra £35 for cover. Sadly it was never used. It is new! It is very easy to use. It has been kept in storage. Now someone else will find it very useful for their mobility and getting outside independently. It has 7 parts that can be easily dismantled for placing in a boot of a car. Battery, 2 charging leads and a small front basket (not shown in photos, but I do have to go with it and 2 keys and user manual)
