Disney Tigger Bouncing & Talking Plush very soft toy RARE 1990s NOT WORKING Unfortunately the motor/ part that makes tigger bounce and talk is MISSING. So no longer moves or talks but a lovely soft plush. Still has the back opening with hook and loop closure.
