This is a Sterling by Music Man S.U.B RAY4 Stingray model. The string height is about 2.5mm for the 4th string at the 12th fret and 2mm for the 1st string. The truss rod was turned about 30° in the tightening direction when adjusting, but it is still quite stiff.
