Vintage Chess Sutton Coldfield Wooden Enamel Chess Clock Tournament Quality

PARTLY WORKING The clock on the left doesn't work. The clock on the right runs smoothly, but as soon as the pin is pushed in the left clock doesn't start. Has some scratches and scuffs, some rust showing as well. See pictures
