please read before bidding, as there is a small bolt,screw missing off the backplate where the earth wire goes,could probably pick one up from a d.i.y store,see where pen is pointing to thermostat is wireless, battery operated and goes into modes,settings as can be seen,has some yellow fish marks on could be off cigarette smoke,!! receiver is clean free postage for this item 😃😃
