bought new and unused, except 5o open the box, but they are too small for my 10 year old, would suit 3 - 7 most probably. includes 2 swings, box and instruction booklet but only one metal attachment (which could be easily found or substituted). the metal screw in for the tree is not included (but can be easily bought). thanks nick
