good condition. connects well via bluetooth and usb dongle. however the microphone plastic has cracked, hence the tape. it all works perfectly as it should, but the mic plastic has snapped. this is why the price is lower. you could fix it.or just tape it up. you cannot return the item as this has been explained very clearly. will post royalmail 48 tracked
