Rare 1970 ocean 8hp 4stroke outboard motor that been sitting in a shed for many years. Looks complete. Non running as will not pull but I don’t know enough to strip it down. It’s has oil, a broken throttle cable and turns as it should. No damage as far as I can visually see. Please check pics for more details. Collection from hp13 or tw4.
