This trainer is very easy to set up, connects to your phone via Bluetooth, then you can use any online trainer app, I used to use Zwift and found it really easy to connect and use. I am providing a Tacx Trainer Tyre, I used this to protect my road tyre as it is much harder wearing. I had a quick release axle, I used to take it out and replace it with the Novo skewer, this allows your bike to fit with worrying about any damage to your QR axle. I found that indoor training was not my idea of fun, so I am looking for a new home where it will be well used.
