Rare VTG Sterling Silver - DISNEY Mickey Mouse & Friends Ring Size 4.5
There are similar styles to this with Goofy as the focal point, but finding the one with Mickey at the front is slightly rarer in my experience. It appears to be a size 4.5 as you can see in the photos.
