Netgear - WG111v2 Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter ( 802.11g). Drivers can be found on the Official Netgear website - WG111v2 Software Version 4.0.0 for Windows. There are no official drivers for Windows, 7, 8, 10, 11 so I am uncertain if the Adapter will work with these OS.
