OEM used but in near perfect condition with very little wear, not cheap reproductions! Exact fit for 600 Ultegra, ST-6400. Will also fit RSX 7 & 8 speed, RX-100, and 105 SC. ST-A410, ST-A416, ST-A417, ST-A550, ST-A551, ST-1055, although those have a slightly different grain pattern.
