This Titanium Solder Probe Set includes 3 coloured soldering picks, designed to help handle and move precious metals during the soldering process. Made from Titanium, a low thermal conductor, this probe is an essential soldering tool for jewellery makers, as it prevents any metal adhering or melting the tip. The solder probes are supplied in individual plastic wallets and colour coded in metallic blue, gold and red to keep your solders separate and avoid cross contamination of different metals or karat types. The 8.20mm thick handles also feature a hex head, intelligently added to stop the probe from rolling when not manually held. Please note this is not for use with Platinum and ferrous metals. The length of the tip is approximately 53mm and the overall length, including handle is 163mm.
