You are viewing a Junior Drum Kit Tom Arm. All screws and threads perfect. 19mm shaft. Fits lots of Junior drum kits. Some signs of wear to the shaft but this is the part that slots hidden away in the bass drum. Holds firm fully tested in good working order.
