Both working and batteries seem to hold a charge. There is no dock included, so recommend these be purchased as additional handsets if you already have a charging solution or the AAA batteries can be charged in a regular battery charger. I use a variety of shipping options, item will arrive usualy via RoyalMail, Evri, Yodel or DPD.
