Revision Sawfly Ballistic Protective Glasses + 2 Lenses British Army Issued Kit
From experience when changing the lenses this is best done by pulling down the attached lens in the nose bridge area wherein each side of the lens will slot out. Just reverse the process to insert the new lens.
