Vintage Black African Doll beautifully dressed in traditional costume

I'm not sure if she is in original clothing as it looks in too good condition to have age.Under her bonnet she has a head full of beautiful black curly hair, her body is vinyl, it feels a little deflated, nothing major but probably not as hard as she should be, this is due to aging.
