The primary winding allows for both 230V and 115V, using a tap rather than split windings. For 230V you use White/Red, and for 115V you use White/Brown. There are 5 output wires (on a JST/Molex style plug) for the 2 secondary windings; a brown pair and a blue pair + black center tap.
