Women's XL North Face rain trousers, probably fit sizes up to size 16 over other trousers. Waterproof, made of polyester. Never worn outside, only ever tried on. 2 zip hand pockets. Draw string to tighten around the waiste to the front. Zips at the bottom of the legs to get on and off over boots easily. Velcro at the bottoms of the legs to tighten. Black with North Face logo on one leg.
