This watch dates from 1966 making it exactly 60 years old this year! The 18K gold fluted bezel, the date magnifier, the jubilee bracelet: all are iconic and often copied by lesser manufacturers. The watch exhibits a beautiful “pie pan” dial in a light champagne colour with the more attractive and sought after golden “leaf” design hands which Rolex replaced in latter models with the not as attractive “pencil” design.
