Untested fully as I don’t have the tapes. Great for transferring previously recorded 8mm tapes to another format, such as digital mp4. Does include a/v cables or pc capture device. (i used a $10 option from amazon. vhs to dvd allows pc connection via usb ) Also comes with power supply but no batteries included. Sold as seen.
