CITROEN C2 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER BAND STRAP. This is an improved design over the original citroen bracket, as due to a fault only lasted a few years. No need to replace or remove exhaust, simply take bolt out of bracket then open up and wrap around silencer and secure with nut.
