The cutter also has a 45 degree angle per side deburr / countersink on each side of the spot facing cutter edges. I added a photo of a morse taper #2 shank master holder for holding cutters that have the miniature morse taper shank but this is just so you can see what type of holder you need to have to drive this cutter, this is for the cutter only, there is no holder with it.
