The Mitsubishi RD15HVF1 is a popular 15W VHF fet for use up to 520MHz at 12.5V. Only genuine Mitsubishi parts supplied. The "3 triangles" logo was removed from this part in 2017. This is the older 101 variant which has a lower Vgth than the new 501 variant.
