The item is almost in perfect condition and in it’s packaging. I tried it out in my garden but it wasn’t suitable for what I wanted. In order to remove the stakes from the ground that secure it in position I scraped some of the paint off of 4 of them. Because of this I was unable to return it to the manufacturer. The panels themselves are not damaged in any way and the parts of the stakes that are damaged will not be visible when it is in place.
