Johnstone's Trade Vinyl Soft Sheen in Brilliant White 5L - Emulsion
Without thinning, it can be applied on coated plaster surfaces. Use a thinned initial coat of matt emulsion or contract emulsion as a priming coat on new plaster before finishing with soft sheen emulsion.
