Vintage Collectible Micro-telephone Hearing Aid SA-39 Carbon Microphone USSR 48
Made in the USSR at the Moscow Hearing Aid Factory in 1948. Model 1939. The microphone is attached to clothing with a spring-loaded pocket clip. Body material - bakelite. Condition is good (It is almost 76 years old!).
