3M Scotch Brite EXL 2A Medium Unitized Wheel 2" Inch 10 Count Roloc Aircraft
It is a unitized wheel. I have read where these were used for deburring and finishing. They are used a lot in the aircraft industry. I'm not an expert on these this is just what I have read when I did a little research on them.
