It has 64GB RAM (see BIOS pics) a pair of Xeon L5630s that run at 2.13GHz - 4 cores 8 threads per CPU so you get 16 threads in the box. I have had success with RAID5, RAID6, RAID1+0, RAID0 and RAID1 over the years.
