MacOS OSX 10.5.1 Leopard Retail - Boxed with Disk and Manual.
There are a few small marks on the CD but not enough to prevent it from working. The box is also slightly worn on the corners and has a couple of other marks on. Hopefully you can see all this in the pictures.
