This is a constant torque converter that allows you to run a 200-230v 3 phase machine up to 0.4 kw from a single phase 200-240v supply. Please ensure that if you have RCDs in your circuit they are type B. Any concerns ring IMO. They are a UK company offering excellent technical support.
