Rare & retired Sylvanian Families Summer House , Customised by myself , including Deck / Hot Tub. All in very good , clean condition from an adult, smoke free home. All decorations are removable . The original building is missing one rail (where the seat is on the sun terrace) & the original front steps. Connectors are available, should you need them. There is an additional deck added which has a hidden surprise - a hot tub ! Unfortunately the Columbus Rabbit twins have put bubble bath in it . Whoops !!
