A really nice Mintons breakfast set or trio in the popular 'Green Cockatrice' pattern featuring a colourful 'fancy bird' with panels of berries and blossoms on a green scale ground. The set comprises a coffee cup, saucer, side plate and salad plate. The plate has the impressed 'rising sun' mark just to the right of the printed Mintons mark introduced in 1912, dating the set to exactly 1920. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks and barely even a scratch. Please see pictures for more information.
