Plantronics Voyager 5200 Bluetooth Headset, Charging Case & Dongle + USB Wire Won’t light up when not connected to usb or charger case so I suspect internal battery on headset needs changing (batteries are available cheap here or on Amazon etc) - does connect via Bluetooth when powered up.
