you are looking at a mini Shimano 5700 10 speed groupset. they are used, but in good condition. never had an issue with them, but now upgrading to 11 speed. what you get; X1 rear derailleur 5700 short cage (10 speed) X1 front derailleur 5703 triple (3 speed) X1 11-28 5700 cassette ( 10 speed) X1 kmc 10 speed chain with quick link. delivery is mainland UK only via royal mail 2nd class.
