I can't hand on heart say this is in a full working condition. With all new batterys in it comes to life however i think it would need some tlc to clean contacts & a calibration. - Good as a project Tester. Good for spares / repairs or if somebody wanted to spend some time / tlc to get it working properly again, i'm sure it would work.
