From my experience 600g of 800FP is more than enough for UK Conditions. This has 700g, and 100g of extra down is a lot. 1350g -> heavier than the Rab but A LOT cheaper! No sleeping pad or bag produces warmth, so if you're cold, the bag/pad won't heat you up.
