These Meccano kit is still in good condition considering its age the outer box is worn and has got tape on both corners holding the box together the inside insert plastic is quite fragile and cracked in places and there is some sort of residue on some of the parts looks like it might be old glue or old elastic which need a little bit of a cleanup, I've checked all the content all the main parts are there I think there's a couple of small parts missing but I would say it's 99% complete. Comes with the instruction booklet and the sticker sheet which only a couple have been used as shown in the photos.
