Used for past four years. Descaled, cleaned and re-greased on the regular basis. It had a deep clean of the grinder, and re greased all the points as per Philip’s manual. It makes a very good espresso for a bean2cup machine! It has an EU plug, with the UK adapter. No box, but I do have a manual for the machine.
