This Macbook is unused, however due to deep storage in the original sealed packaging, a battery service is required, as it has fully discharged. In simple terms it is open box in the condition you would expect a new one to be, but it needs a new battery. It will power on and can be used with the power adapter, but the battery will not hold any charge. All original accessories are included in the original box.
