Comes with the original packaging and instructions, and can be erected in 30 seconds . 48” x 48” Viewing area From the photos you can see there is a very small tear at the bottom right hand side but it’s not in the viewing area and some adhesive tape on the rear of the screen would fix this it it bothered you .
